The internet can be an excellent means to engage with potential clients and educate them on the great services you provide. It’s easier to communicate to your target market as a group, so attend conferences, let your opinion be heard.
One of the best marketing tips is to engage with your current clients. Ask them how they would like to be contacted and what brought them to your clinic.

Content marketing is the new fad in marketing, and it is all about educating your target market. Content marketing usually comes in the form of a blog. Anyone can set up a website and blog and it’s free - using the likes of Wordpress, Weebly etc. Hosting the blog/website will cost you money (not much though) - check GoDaddy etc.
Blogging is a slow process and results will happen overnight. A blog must be tailored to a specific sector and it must be feed/ updated on a regular basis. Search for topics which are receiving attention in your sector and voice your opinion. Once you have gathered a following, blogging will become a very powerful tool in your marketing toolbox.

The use of social media among health practitioners is currently on the increase. Social Media provides clinicians with the perfect opportunity to network with fellow experts, potential clients and partnering companies. It’s quick and can be utilized without having to venture from the clinic - a win/win by all accounts.
There are many social media tools that can help your social media marketing become both easier and efficient, products such as Hootsuite can automate your messaging, but these tools come at a fee and may not be worth the money if you are a small clinic.

Dust the cobwebs of the journals you pieced together during university. Ask your local newspaper is possible to contribute to a weekly/ monthly column. Enter your work into the sector specific magazines.

The radio is a medium which has been somewhat forgot about due to the overwhelming capacity of the internet. That being said we still listen to the radio nearly every day. Where possible, enter into discussions and let your voice be heard. After a while, radio stations will begin to contact you for your opinion - once the radio stations trust you, so will the listeners.
